This presentation will provide a summary of ethical considerations with a focus on trends in ethical complaints. Ethical dilemmas are complex and without proper consideration can be detrimental to all involved. Professional liability allegations and the resulting court findings will be reviewed.

Learning Objectives

1. Participants will review ethical codes across various organizations.
2. Participants will gain an understanding of current trends in liability allegations.
3. Participants will leave with an understanding of how and when to utilize ethical decision making models.
