The purpose of the ICA Leadership Development Institute (LDI) is to provide leadership training for its officers, chairs, and emerging leaders.

Leadership Development refers to any activity that enhances the quality of leadership within an individual or organization.

LDI's mission is to develop:

Leadership development expands the capacity of individuals to perform in leadership roles within organizations. Leadership roles are those that facilitate execution of a company's strategy through building alignment, winning mindshare and growing the capabilities of others.
