Registration Cancelation Policy
Early Bird registration is greatly discounted, and because of that, can’t be canceled or transferred for any reason.
Regular registration may be canceled up until October 10, 2024 for a $50 cancellation fee without the purchase of Registration Protection, or Registration Protection can be added to your registration for $20 and will allow attendees to cancel registration at any time prior to the first day of the conference (October 25). No shows forfeit all registration fees.
Registration after October 10, 2024 cannot be canceled without Registration Protection.
ICA does not transfer conference registration fees to future conferences.
CE Certificate Acknowledgement
I acknowledge that I understand that to receive a CE certificate, I must be registered as a Professional Conference Attendee (member or non-member registration). Student or Retired Members who register under the Student Conference Rate will not receive a CE Certificate. Doctoral Students may contact ICA for discount options if a CE Certificate is needed.
Meal Acknowledgement
Meal additions/changes must be made by October 10, 2024.
Meals are optional with registration prior to October 10, 2024. After October 10, 2024 all registrations will not include meals.
All regular meals will attempt to be gluten free by either using GF ingredients or separating gluten items from other parts of the meal.
All vegetarian meals will attempt to be as gluten free and vegan as possible by separating gluten and dairy products from other ingredients.
