The Idaho Leadership Development Institute is a collaborative effort of ICA and the divisions to provide leadership training for its officers, chairs and emerging leaders. ICA sponsors the training for 60 persons---including 5 from each division. Each Committee is also encouraged to bring participants to plan for the up coming year.

The leadership weekend begins at noon in Cascade, Idaho at the Trinity Pines Campground. Trinity Pines is located at:
349 Cabarton Rd, Cascade, ID 83611

Many participants carpool after meeting for breakfast together at Joe Momma's - Meet us there at 8:00 a.m. Joe Momma's is located at:

Leadership Development refers to any activity that enhances the quality of leadership within an individual or organization.

The purpose of the Idaho Counseling Association’s Leadership Development Institute is to develop:

Individual Leaders
Leadership at a Collaborative Level
Succession Planning
