Connecting to Your Creative Self

Many of us long to be more creative and many of us sense that we have a creative side but find it difficult to tap into. Participating in this conference workshop can connect and reconnect you to your creative self. As creativity often lies within our spiritual self and our soul, not our intellect, working through various discussions and activities, you may inspire your spiritual side, and bring out your creative self. Beliefs and historical perspectives about creativity will be explored and a new sense of safety, recovering a sense of identity, recovering a sense of power, recovering a sense of possibility, recovering a sense of connections, recovering a sense of strength, recovering a sense of compassion and more. Key activities could include, morning pages, artist date, self-for self-expression, energy debts, mapping our interests, and more.
