This interactive presentation summarizes ethical considerations in supporting clients/students whether in person or via telehealth. Topics will highlight legal and ethical considerations including personal self-care, licensure, competence, informed consent, HIPAA, and risk management concerns in the use of technology. Ethical codes and ethical decision-making models will be briefly reviewed.
