The ICA Public Policy and Legislation Committee addresses the following areas:

• IDOPL Rules and Regulations for therapists
• State Law and proposed changes for therapist
• Any other state policy relating to counseling
• Reviewing national policy changes that might relate to Idaho

• • Take time to read the Bylaws and Policies and Procedures of ICA and consider how they relate to your role in this committee

  • Remain in compliance of the ACA Code of Ethics

The objective of the Code of Conduct is to ensure that high standards are maintained for individuals and members representing the association.
